Description
This is a New Timing Chain Tensioner for a ºÚÁÏÍøA and ºÚÁÏÍøB. The BN4 to BJ8, ºÚÁÏÍøA and ºÚÁÏÍøB timing chain tensioner maintains the correct tension on the timing chain that will keep the engine crank and camshaft timing constant. Overtime the small hydraulic hole in the chain tensioner for the ºÚÁÏÍøA and ºÚÁÏÍøB can get plugged up so the correct about of pressure will not be applied to the chain. And if the correct amount of pressure is not applied you will hear rattle or rumble in your ºÚÁÏÍøA or ºÚÁÏÍøB that change with engine speed plus the relationship of the crankshaft and the camshaft will not be constant resulting in poor performance.
