This is a new non-adjusted voltage regulator (control box) for Midget 70 to 71, ºÚÁÏÍøB 1963 to 1967, Triumph Spitfire 1962 to 1970, GT6 1966 to 1970. Cross Ref.# 142-040, 37344, 37451, 37544, 37547, 37563, 37571, 37572, 37573, NCB130, 142-045 Modern sealed cell batteries cannot take the higher voltage needed to charge wet cell batteries, and the voltage output of the regulator must be adjusted for this.
